“Livestock feeding and dairy production management”: Meeting of specialists from different countries

The international seminar “Livestock feeding and dairy production management” was organized with the aim of exchanging experience between specialists from livestock enterprises from different countries. One of the first from Russia to attend the conference was Yuri Mayorov, leading workover technologist at CBS Commodities.

Lectures were given by representatives of scientific institutions and universities, specialists in the field of feeding, doctors of veterinary sciences from Italy and Turkey. The two-day program included presentations on various topics related to the prevention and diseases of cattle, such as:

— “Raising healthy heifers”;

— “What stands in the way of high milk productivity?”;

— “Feeding dairy cows during stressful periods”;

— “Efficient use of dietary fiber energy” and others.
